Hey there. My name is Chloe Smith and somehow you have found my about me page!

I guess this is the time to try and find something interesting to say about myself. 🙂

The truth is that on the face of it I am actually quite boring.

I am 34 years old.. Oops did I really just share my age. ?

Anyway it’s out there now.

Ever since I turned 18 and got a set of dumbells for my birthday I have been very into health and fitness.

Yeah I know..

What 18 year old girl gets dumbbells for here birthday?

Believe me I was as shocked as you but I’ve grown to love them!

As I’ve gotten older I can’t exercise like I used to but I still try and keep in shape.

I guess I started this website to talk about what’s on my mind when it comes to keeping in shape and being healthy.

This is a place for me to share tips and generally just help people with what I’ve learned over the years.

One of my fitness goals is to stay Ketogenic for at least a year.

As of this moment I am 26 days in.

The ketogenic diet is when you get about 75% or more of your calories from fats.

I’ve got a lot to say about the Keto diet because I’m loving it right now!

Another goal of mine is to complete a marathon one day.

I’ve always wanted to do one but have never had the chance.

So that’s a little bit about me and my goals.

Every now and then I’ll accept guest posts from readers.
